Offer response
I received two back to back offers for the same item. I accepted the first offer, but could not accept the second offer as my store indicated I was out of inventory. Although I added one more unit to accurately reflect the number for sale and make the item available, I am unable to either contact the buyer to made the offer, although I can see their user name, or accept the offer. Any ideas of how I can handle this?
