Offer question
I had someone make me an offer on an item and I thought I accepted it, but all evidence of that is gone besides the email informing me I had an offer. So I figured buyer just changed mind but now my item says out of stock but no buyer info....not sure what I did 🤷🏼♀️ can someone help me?

Does your item show as sold awaiting payment? or is it not in your list of orders?

If it is not in your list of orders:
This is a special situation that happens when:
Seller sends an offer to watchers
Buyer counter-offers that amount
Seller accepts the buyer's counter-offer
In this situation, the item isn't marked sold and awaiting payment.
If the buyer comes back and pays, then it is sold.
Meanwhile your item is available to all buyers.
If you wish, you can message the buyer to let them know you accepted their offer (in case they missed the notification.
However, you shouldn't be 'out of stock' unless there is an order, or you manually adjusted your inventory
