Offer on item disappears
Hello…I have most of my items set up for “best offerâ€. The last week or so I have had multiple items that I received an offer for, but when I respond back to accept the offer the offer disappears? The only common thing between the couple of listings is that the offers were originally below the “bottom line†so I had to change the “bottom line†below the offer. After doing that I accept the offer like I normally do but it looks as though it then sends the offer back to the potential buyer to accept? When they were the one that sent me the offer in the first place? Is there something I am doing wrong? Thanks for any info!

Mentor2 years agoWhen the offer is below the minimum offer you set when you made the listing the offer is rejected and no longer on the table and cannot be acted on. When you sent the counter offer it is now in the hands of the potential byer to accept, reject, counter offer or ignore.
