Offer on item
Can I make an offer for the total cost, i.e., item plus freight or can I only lower the cost on the item and the freight is what is listed?

·2 years agoThe fee for shipping etc. is as it is listed in the listing. That is not negotiable in an offer. The amount you offer is for the price only. eBay will charge you that price plus the s/h as in the listing plus sales tax if applicable.
