Offer on high dollar item buyer has no history

Help! Have an expensive item listed, $10,100. Just had an offer from a buyer for $10,000 with zero history and joined today.
Scam?

It will take an act of god for you not t to be scammed out of the bike and any money you think they have paid you.
Sell it locally for cash.
Selling it here, the funds will be held for at least 30 days.
It will have to be crated for shipping/transport. Shipping it USPS in a cardboard box is not the way to go. It will be over dimensional. $300 probably won’t cover shipping it outside your county.
Your question about the offer you received is moot, given the above reasons, IMO.
