Offer made for item selling
An offer was made for an item I am selling and the buyer is getting the message
"Sorry, you are not allowed to purchase this item. This item is only available to buyers who have not purchased 1 or more items from this seller in the past 10 days"
The buyer has never purchased from me, nor have I sold anything in months. What's wrong??? He would like to make an offer and I would like to accept it.
