Offer Made - Buyer Did Not Pay

Buyer made an Offer on an Item. He wanted me to Email him through an Email outside eBay. I did not think I should do that. I sent him an Invoice by eBay's request. My Listing was removed and I did not receive an email from eBay as to the reason it was removed. After 5 days I cancelled the order but I have nothing to show I cancelled the order and it said I could not relist my Item. No reason. How do I resolve this issue?
