·1 year agoThey need to submit the offer via the listing. If you do not currently have Best Offer enabled, revise your listing and add it, then let them know they can click the Make An Offer button on the listing to send it to you.
Edit: the other option is to simply revise the price of the item to the offered amount. That may end up being simpler. Neither option will work if it is an auction with bids, however, you'd need to let the auction conclude normally if so.
