offer free shipping or have the buyer pay shipping costs?
How do I determine whether it is more advantageous to offer free shipping or have the buyer pay postage? I noticed a book for sale in multiple listings, many for under $5.00 with free shipping. Isn't the cost of shipping going to be almost as much or more than that? How can that be profitable?
