Offer for something im selling and shipping

If im selling something for $20 + buyer pays shipping, and I receive an offer for $15, does that include shipping? I still want the buyer to pay for shipping.

Hi @svigeneris

No, per eBay Policy, their Offer process does NOT include shipping if it being charged (some Sellers offer Free shipping). Sometimes Buyers include a message with their offer that they want it to include shipping ... that is when you Decline their offer and message back that because of eBay Policy Offers never include the shipping shown on the listing.
