    Offer and address blocked
                     

    I sent an offer to a potential buyer, he said he couldn't accept it because his address was blocked in Alaska,,, I'm sending via FedEx could this be the problem ,,, Thanks for any help

    Yes, Fed Ex and UPS are VERY expensive if shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, which is why sellers who use those carriers will block AK, HI, protectorates, territories.

     

    Change the shipping to USPS and your buyer should be able to accept the offer.  You still might have to add that buyer's user ID to your exception list if you still have that block for AK buyers.
