Offer accepted not showing up

Question

I had a buyer make me an offer for an item and I accepted the offer and even purchased the shipping label but I don't see it anywhere in the item is still up for sale how do I contact the buyer what should I do from now?

You will not get the SHIP TO address until the buyer pays. Until that time, the item is still available for purchase by someone else. Whoever pays first gets the item.

Was this on the actual eBay website or App? Not through text or email? The last sale I see for you is the Bucco boots from yesterday. If it was via text or email, it may have been a spoof.
