Offer acceptance issue.

Question

I got an offer on an item and want to accept but when I do I get a notification about the quantity not being there. Even though it shows the quantity as 1. Why is this happening? How can I get it to accept?

Hi @vintage_manjj

Go to the listing to see if the item is still available. The offer may be showing what was available when it was made (not what is available now). When sellers send offers, they often send them to multiple buyers and another buyer may get there before you do, so you have to be quick if you really want the item.

Another possibility is that the offer is now expired.
