Offer a refund contingent on the buyer reshipping the item.
I sold a pair of boots that i thought were one size and they were actually another. Does the buyer have to initiate the return or can I do that. The buyer is in Puerto Rico. There is a little language barrier and I would like to do as much as possible on my end. I would like pay for the shipping back and then once they return them I will offer a full refund.
