Offer
I made an offer on an item. I got an email saying my offer was sent to seller and seller could counter my offer, accept or decline. I have had not response. Now I see the item has "ended' before the offer expired. Does this mean my offer was not accepted and someone else bought it?

Sellers are able to let offers expire or they can not respond and let the listing end.
Either someone else purchased it or the listing expired.
