Oder follow up help
I ordered an item on December 7 as a gusts with Buy Now. I never received an order a confirmation email and now appears I am not receiving customer service emails from ebay although they are not blocked and on safe sender list (I receive other emails from ebay). The item has not arrived and my account has been charged. I have tried using the automated chat but to get my order details, but those emails are not coming through. I can’t find another way to communicate with ebay. What do I do to follow up to get my item or a refund?
