Odd Label Printing Question...
good morning,
i am rewriting this because i'm not sure of the first one went through.
i have been printing labels on here without issue, however, earlier this week, the label printing process went a little wonky.
previous to this week the steps were...
1. pay for label
2. page shows up showing you paid for said label
3. the printer options mini window pops up giving you options on how to print label
no issues whatsoever.
however, this week something changed...
yes, i've started/restarted, cleared this and that, updated chrome, went into settings to allow ebay "pop ups?". anyway, here is the new process...
1. same
2. same EXCEPT STEP 3 DOES NOT OCCUR. nothing happens and i have to hit blue print label button, which then leads me to this page...

3. and immediately the printer option page shows up over this "black" background page...i used to use something like this in case of errors i made, but now it is every time
anyone have any thoughts?
and for the record, the print invoice pop ups work just fine...
yeah, i don't get it either

Try a different browser ... I use MS Edge, another account here uses FireFox ... both print processes are slightly different.

OP8 months agoI understand what you’re saying, but what I’m trying to figure out is what triggered this issue.

It could very easily be a combination of a regular Browser update and an eBay update and related code that does not jibe with each other. I occasionally have something go wonky on me ... most times it self clears.

OP8 months agoyeah, it was unusual. it happened a few times up until about wednesday, and then all of a sudden it was every transaction. not difficult to figure out, but more annoying than anything else.
