odd label printing question
good morning,
i have an "issue", more of annoyance really, that has occurred over the last few days and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
earlier in the week, my label maker was and still is working fine, and ebay was having me print labels as they have for the last decade or so.
1. pay for label
2. payment accepted and WHITE background paid label page turns up followed almost immediately by a smaller white background printer options page
however, what started as just a few times a day has turned into every transaction, it is now...
1. same
2. ONLY the label paid page shows up...the printer options page DOES NOT appear...just the label paid
3. i then have to hit the BLUE print label button which displays a FULL BLACK background with my label in the middle of it...HOWEVER, AS SOON AS I DO THAT, THE PRINTER OPTIONS PAGE POPS UP IMMEDIATELY...
harder to explain than to actually see it
i used to use this same option forever if i had missed printing and needed to reprint a label, but these extra steps are now a part of every transaction...
if anyone has a clue about what i am trying to explain, i would appreciate your assistance...if not, i understand, it is hard to explain...
