I purchased an oculus quest 2 stand alone for my grandsons Christmas. It seems great except they can only play games on it and want to purchase other games that they really want to play . It says I need a store pin , we tried changing the pin but won’t allow us . Can anyone help me ? Virtual reality rental is where I purchased it but don’t know how to reach him . Thanks for any assistance you may have .

Mentor1 year agoIf you look in your Purchase History, you should be able to find this transaction. The Order Details should show the Seller's eBay I.D. for you to contact them.
