OCTOBER 2023 USPS TRACKING DELIVERED BUT NOT TO CUSTOMER UPDATE
Listen if you have had a customer tell their package shows delivered but its not. I just got off the phone with a Poster Master in NJ who stated drivers are scanning Delivered and not delivering. If you are a Victim of a seller: Go to the police file a report. Download app that shows incoming mail. File a report then Dispute. I'm tired of playing ebay and there lack of understanding. Call police file a report send it to the seller: DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION WITH CREDIT CARD.
