obtaining a promised refund
Seller sold me an incorrect camera case. I sent pictures illustrating that the case was wrong and seller replied that they would issue a full refund and dont bother to return the item. I have not received the refund and have sent several more emails to seller with no response. What do I do nest? All you do is go aroound in circles when trying to contact ebay.
