Numerous Items not Recieved, Still in transit
Hello,
I have had 3 items that have not been delivered by USPS ajd buyers are asking for refunds. Has anyone else experienced this? Tracking just stopped at particular locations. Extremely frustrating as a seller and Ive lost money on these items.
Do we file missing packages with thenpost office or Ebay?

If you go to the Order Details for each transaction, you will see the estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, the Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request.
If you go to the USPS site and request tracking updates via text or email, you should get a response fairly quickly. If any of these Buyers open an Item Not Received refund request and those tracking updates show the item is still in transit, you could contact eBay to request an extension to respond to the refund request.
Do not refund unless a Buyer opens a refund request on eBay.
In the meantime, be sure to ship on time to the exact address in the Order Details and get a scan receipt and be sure tracking is added to all shipments.
