Number of Free Monthly listings
I am confused about the Free Monthly liistings.
If I already have 276 listings and Ebay gives me 250 free listings the 1st of the month. Is that 250 in addition to the 276 I already have listed at the beginning of the month? Example: I have 276 and add 20 more. Are those 20 more free to list or am I charged the listing fee for those 20?
Thank you in advance for any responses.

Your Buy it now listings will Relist automatically each month on the same day they were created. You get ONLY 250 free listings per month. Any listings that Relist OVER 250 in total for that month you get charged an Insertion fee.
So if you have 276 total listings then at some point in March, unless items sell or you End them you will be charged Insertion Fees for those over the 250 mark. You can create new listings early in the month but keep in mind as your older item automatically Relist you will be charged a fee over the 250 monthly allowance.
Hope that makes it clear. On your Active list (link here: Manage active listings - eBay Seller Hub) in Seller hub there is a column you can sort by Time left via the green arrow in the pic below. You can Customize the list, add-subtract columns, move them around, etc via the link indicated by the red arrow.
You will need to End listings before those over you 250 per month Relist to avoid paying Insertion fees. Ended listings move to your Unsold file where they will remain for 90 days before eBay drops them.

Mentor2 years agoI see 277 active listings. They are all fixed price. Tomorrow, March 1, you will receive 250 free listings. Those 277 fixed price listings will each relist when they approach 30 days, as they are all GTC-Good Til Cancelled. When they automatically relist, they will count against the 250 for March.
