My bank recently merged with another. In the processing, my existing valid card was turned off over 2 weeks prior to me receiving my NEW card. First card sent got lost in mail. Second card was SUPPOSED to have been expedited. It WASN'T. Adding more time. Of the 9 non-payments, only 4 stuck around. Got black balled for those 5 non-payments. SINCEREST APOLOGIES for the delay. It was out of my hands. thank you
