notified of delivery but not received .
Got an email today saying my order was delivered , however it never arrived. I was in the driveway when my mail was delivered an my order was not with the mail . NOT THE SELLERS FAULT, so what are my options?

Mentor3 years agoContact your local post office and ask them to tell you EXACTLY where the package was delivered. If misdelivered, they should help track it down.
(If the package was addressed and sent to a different address, then you'll need to open a case.)
