Our notifications have gone silent. The cha-ching is gone and things are not being sent to our email either. I went under "communication preferences" and turned everything on. I checked our mobile apps and everything is turned to ON there.
I have a hard time with the representatives calling you back as the connection is not good and half the time, I can't really understand them.
