Notifications after a sell
I sold an item and it was bought on Oct 21. I did not receive a notification that the item had sold so now the buyer is **bleep** because they paid and never received the item. Why would ebay not have a notification of a sell. I am a casual user of ebay and do not monitor it daily as I only sell items occasionally, why would they not send out a notification when they do for an offer or a complaint,. It just does not make sense???

·2 years agoThey do send an email when you sell an item.
Maybe it went to your Spam folder or your email client blocked the message.
When you have an item for sale, it's a good idea to check your account daily and not rely on emails or messages.
