Notifications
Hello all,
I have been on eBay for quite some time now. I am having issues with notifications that I can’t seem to figure out. Whenever I bid, win, or an offer is accepted, I am not receiving any emails notifying me. It is not in my spam folder or inbox. This has caused me to miss out on offers that were accepted. I do not get on eBay daily. I like many, work a lot and have a family. Email notifications are how I keep up on things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

·3 years agoYou have 4 days to pay, so you need to check your My eBay: Purchase History for items awaiting payment at least every 3 days whenever you have a bid or offer pending. Do NOT rely on getting an email to tell you you have an item to pay for. Make sure you have your My eBay: Account: Communication Settings: Buying set to send one if you win (but, again, don't rely on it).
