Notifications
In an effort to stay on time with my shipping, I have been checking my messages on Ebay daily to see if any of my listed items sold. I have not gotten any messages from Ebay or from buyers, but I noticed today an email that said I sold an item on December 1, 2023. I verified the info, and found out I was a day overdue in shipping it out. My question is, how are sellers notified of transactions...what is the primary method of communication?
One other thing, I noticed under items listed that there was no indication of an item being sold. I would have expected it to reflect 1 item. Why is that not reflected on the page. I have to click the "--" to see that an item was sold.

Mentor2 years agoI don't look at notifications. I do look at emails. And I look at Seller Hub orders all day long. Every seller should look at their Orders list at a minimum once a day to make sure they aren't missing anything.
If you're not using Seller Hub, I strongly suggest that you do. You shouldn't miss anything that way.
