Notification settings locked on APP
I have been trying for weeks to change my settings for notifications on the app. I keep getting the live event notifications That I have no desire to be notified about. However I cannot access any of the notification settings and get a message saying sorry something went wrong... I have deleted the app reloaded it and made sure that the eBay app is updated on my phone and still no solution. Tried contacting eBay but there is no option for app issues. If anybody can give me some insight on what I should do it will be greatly appreciated Thank you

Mentor1 year agoWhat operating system version number and app version number are you using?
Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your phone, then installing the latest version of the app.
Issues with the app can be reported to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active.
