notice that item is sold

In the past, I would redcieve Email notice that my item is sold. I now do not recieve notice of the sale, and it is easy to miss the sale, fostering bad reviews.

How can I change this and get notice of "auction closed" or "Item has sold"?

Some other sellers have complained about not getting emails about sold items and not sure why?

Have you checked your spam folder to see if they ended up there?

I wouldn't depend on emails, I always check my account a couple times a day.
