Still can’t get into look at the details of my missing item or anything and haven’t been able to get a hold of eBay or heard anything about my request

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account, so to deal with a guest purchase you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
If you are signed in to an eBay account, the link will not work.
