Not yet shipped items
If I bought an item and knew the estimated delivery time but seller hasn’t shipped due to them forgetting about it,contacted them but small replies, then gave me a tracking number after messaging them but time has passed and been patient with the seller but the still haven’t shipped the item yet and isn’t replying back, can I just ask for my money back if they still have the item in possession instead of waiting to make a report and wait more days to see if I get refunded by eBay?

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. You can REQUEST a cancellation if the seller hasn't shipped, but the seller is not obligated to do so.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
