Not what the seller said it is
I paid for a MacBook air and went by what the ad told me I got it today and found out it has not been reset and I do not know the cloud account name and password to be able to reset the MacBook and then found out the battery is no good at all they can't say it is the charger I have connect a new MacBook charger to the MacBook and the battery is just no good and I was never told it had a bad battery I really needed this MacBook for my online classes now I may be dropped from my online classes because I can't use this MacBook for my classes I paid the last dime I had just to stay in my online classes come to find out this was a scam I have gotten a MacBook from ebay before and it was great but now I am stuck with junk and do not understand why people will lie in ebay ads now I sit here no food no MacBook that works I ask the seller for the icloud account name and password so I could reset the MacBook I would be locked out if I try to reset it without all the information and the seller will not even respond to me I lost all trust in ebay now they do not seem to want to help me with this at all my email is [Removed by Moderator] if anyone can help me get this made right I took my money for my food to buy this MacBook now I sit here hungry and a MacBook that is no good see why I no longer trust anyone I can not find any good people where there are none so why are people like this on a good site but now I will.buy no more off of ebay ever again
