Not uploaded items charged when they were uploaded & seller ranking ?
Summary: normanchas is experiencing an issue where they are charged for not uploading tracking for six items from a single order, despite having provided tracking for one item that covered all. If I can ask another question. I just saw that I'm being charged with 6 not uploaded items. I figuered they were all from an order of 7 items. I entered the tracking for one thinking that is fine as they were all shipped together. Do i have to enter tracking for every item in the same payment and shipping? I have a call into an agent but it will take 30 minutes plus. If I enter the tracking for the other 6 items will my 6 items be deleted from a problem? Why are these rules so stringent? They must rely on AI to analyze all this. How can I protest this? Norman Hinds

Mentor1 month agoI would enter the tracking number into each item shipped. If you had combined the orders before shipping then you would not have to enter it into each one.
eBay does not have any way of knowing if the other items shipped without a tracking number.
