Not sure what to do. There is NO help in customer service to advise or help.
I sold something in late March, was paid same day, so I shipped the next morning.
The buyer listed their address as Texas. It's been sitting IN Texas for 11 days now. What I didn't know, or realize, was the buyer lists their address as Mexico. Not Texas.
I do list that I only sell in the continental USA (for obvious reasons now).
My money is in Ebay freeze. The item is not picked up. There is no human customer service at Ebay anymore. So I'm out the product, and the money, unsure what to do next.
I'm trying this 'cause Ebay doesn't seem to have any people working in 'help' section anymore.

If the buyer provided a delivery address in TX, that is the only address you need to be concerned with. You said the package is in TX - has it been delivered? What does the tracking show? Is it an item that needs a signature for delivery?
I’m sure many buyer in Mexico have delivery addresses in TX, just like many Canadian buyers have delivery addresses in NY, MI, WA, etc.
I think customer service will advise you wait a bit longer, but you can ask.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay https://x.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.

OP1 year agoThank you. I mentioned that the buyer is in Mexico specifically because I'm concerned about the item never being able to be picked up, considering the current climate of the safety of people crossing the border. No other reason. The item may sit in limbo, but the well being of the buyer is also a concern.
I did try all the suggestions you mentioned. I appreciate your input.
