Not sure how to proceed - fake bag
What do you do when a seller says No returns on their listing for a handbag. You get the bag, and it's clearly not authentic. Reach out to the seller first? report? I have not had this happen before. Thanks

Mentor1 year agoYou should open a return request with the reason "not as described" If there is a choice for not authentic you could choose that as well.
eBay has buyer protection. So even if the seller does not accept returns, you can return an item that is not what they described. i.e. not authentic.

OP1 year agoThank you...I did reach out to the seller..here is there response
Hello, I'm sorry that the product did not satisfy you. The supplier did not provide any certification documents. This is a direct online product. The price is relatively cheap. If you can accept it, I will refund you $30. Thank you
I definitely want a refund of the full amount and not have to pay for shipping back either. So will opening up a "not as described" return get me to do that?
Thanks

Mentor1 year agoThe seller will have to provide a return label and paid for by the seller.
You will need to return the item to get a full refund, including any initial shipping you paid.
