Not sure about seller

Question

I bid on a framed print from a vendor and won. Paid for it. Next morning get a message from seller saying they delivered a baby and couldn't ship for a week or two. Their profile was a mix of legit and imo some red flags. How can I tell if they're legit so I can either receive the item or get a refund. I don't want to wait two weeks. Thanks

Hi @buzziloo252 Here's what to do...Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
