-If you left either Neutral or Negative Feedback for the Seller and want to change it to Positive message the Seller and ask them to send you a Feedback revision form. Sellers are allowed 5 per year.
-You will have 3 days to complete the form and change the Feedback
-In the future do not leave any Feedback until you have worked things out with the Seller. eBay encourages "Trading partners" (their term for a Buyer and Seller on a transaction) to work things out before taking action.
