Not shipping item after it's been paid for
Why should eBay get your money for an item and the owner won't respond to questions on when he will ship after four week days especially at Christmas time eBay seems like they are letting anyone sell with no rules we need an American only site to buy from , I mean what does Kiev united states' mean ? I'm probably leaving eBay because they don't care about the buyers

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the estimated delivery date on shown in your Purchase History. That's the date the seller is responsible to meet.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
