Not shipping item

Question

I bought an item last week and the seller keeps contacting me making excuses to why he hasn't shipped the item, although the seller did create the shipping label. I needed the item by a specific date which at this point the seller is saying he can't ship for atleast another 2 - 3 day minimum (when I was needed to have the item). I want to cancel the sale but since the seller printed the shipping label, the system thinks the item has shipped, which it has not. How can I cancel this order?

The seller can void the label and he is the only one that can cancel.  You cannot cancel a transaction.  Tell him you are tired of waiting and cancel the transaction.
