Not shipped yet cancellation
I contacted the seller 5x after a purchase because the item just said paid not shipped and I cancelled the order but no cancellation only said can return after it is shipped

Sellers are not obligated to agree to requests to cancel orders.
Wait for the item to arrive by the estimated date of delivery. If it does not arrive after the estimated date of delivery, file a Refund Request.
