Mentor1 year agoYou do not know that the seller has not shipped yet. Not all sellers use the eBay shipping center to purchase their labels which automatically enters the tracking number into the purchase details. You need to keep track of the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history as you can only open a case for an "Item not received" once this date passes by at least one day and not more than 30 days.
