Not shipped my item
I paid on Jan 24 and today is Jan 30 I asked seller when shipped so I would expect when it will arrive. Seller said no ship yet. It’s 6 days already. What should I do?

Mentor8 months agoWhat is the estimated date of delivery as shown in the Order Details in your Purcahse History? Has that date passed already>
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Mentor8 months agoIf you file the Refund Request due to item not received and the seller does not provide proof of delivery via tracking, Ebay will find in your favor and you will get your entire payment refunded.

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
