not sending item after paying

This person is not responding to any messages Iâ€™m sending he is not sending me the item I purchased from him and he currently has it posted on auction that ends tomorrow morning. I am trying to get a hold of eBay to find out how to fix this problem, but cannot figure out how to get through to eBay so they can cancel my order

@deple90 eBay will say the seller may have two of the same item.

eBay can not force the seller to ship the item to you. You can report the seller using this tool>

You can ask the seller to cancel the order, unfortunately if the seller doesn't agree to cancel and refund you will have to wait until the item is at least ONE day late arriving according the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history and file a not received refund request.
