Not refunded my money

Question

I purchased an item here from a shipper and FedEx returned it. I paid over $1000 for the items and the shipper responded., I have contacted the shipper on the number of occasions. The shipper is not cooperating with me. He was informed to contact FedEx and thus far I have not heard anything back from the shipper. I bought $1000 Blu-ray player I don’t have it. I never received it never left the post office and the shipper has not funding my money.

Go to your Purchase History and click on Order Details next to the item title to see if the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

· Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”

· Click the box beside I want a refund.

· Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

· Find the item in your Purchase History

· Select See request details

· Select “Ask eBay to step in.”

Takashi Kondo Yarucitykamifukuoka Saitama Japan this is the information regarding the shipper. I still have not received my refund fix stopped the delivery to my house and returned it to the shipper, and the shipper still has not returned my money.
