Not recieving any info about item ive paid for
ok I won abid on a pair of shoes so I paid for them on the 24 th for my bday on 7/9 I understand they have to be shipped to authenticator then to me but it says they havnt been shipped so since they won't be her on time I tried to cancel order on the 30th and I was told they have to contact seller and that took another 3dys and they rejected my request so I ordered her another pair and still havnt received any info on them being shipped or anything I won another pair and paid for them ,then I get a mess. For a different selling saying they wanted 60 more $ for the other shoes I won on a bid or they are canceling them so I asked for a refund I got it and still nothing from the ones I ordered first and won if I can't get the shoes it's fair to get my $ back havnt I waited long enough?

OP3 years agoIt doesn't say it's been shipped it never did its for my wife's bday on the 9th u know it takes about awk before I was able to win and pay for it then once it's paid they ship soon after still nothing they denied my request for a refund they told me that they had to contact the seller that took 3more day before they told me it should be here by the 11th it still doesn't say shipped I end up finding another pair and they're shipped to a authenticator and they'll be here this week and I paid for the other ones about 2wks before I found these

·3 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
