Not Receiving payout
My item was sold and completed, received emails stating that my payout has been sent to my bank account but it's been 3 business days and It still hasn't deposited into my bank account....there's nothing on hold and nothing processing....what should I do??

If you have received notification that the buyer has paid, you ship the item to the buyer.
You cannot wait for your payout to arrive to your bank to ship the item.

OP2 years agoYes thank you, I know that.......I've sold 11 items past few months. I sent item out on Monday they received it Saturday. Everything's completed...eBay says my payout has been sent....it's now Wednesday the next week and I haven't received my payout....thanks anyways...

When the buyer pays for their purchase, Ebay sends the payments from your sale directly to your bank within 2 business days of the buyer’s order, Mon. thru Fri. and then AFTER the payout is processed by Ebay, it will take about 1-4 days for your bank to process the payment into your bank account.
