Not receiving payment
I sold a trading card and the buyer received the card, but the funds still say they are on hold. Who can I contact to get this resolved.

New sellers will usually have their funds held for up to 30 days to make sure the item is received and the buyer does not open a refund request. Their policy page has more details on how and why funds are held and includes a link for you to see the status of your hold.
