NOT RECEIVING ITEM
What happens when its been 45 plus days and you dont receive your items from one seller. I do think the seller shipped the items but refuses to answer messages. Its impossable to talk live in person to any representative and the online help isnt helping at all. Am I just screwed? The only thing I hear on line is you no longer qualify for mone back guarantee. I was thinking about becoming a seller but after the communication issues I want no part of this. Plus I believe after so many more days, they will just go in and close my claims. Thank you

Mentor9 months agoYou had 30 days after last estimated delivery date to open an INR case. You bypassed that so now you need to file through your payment source.
